Orders are confirmed upon receipt of written approval and deposit. Full payment must be completed before shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We coordinate global shipping by sea, air, or courier. Delivery times depend on destination and production schedule. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure events.
Claims for damage or defect must be reported within 7 days of receipt with photo evidence. Approved claims will be resolved by replacement or refund at our discretion. Custom-made items are non-returnable.
